Gavin recently refurbished our main bathroom. He fitted us in the week before Christmas and he did a great job! We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom and his 5 star work. Completed two bathroom overhauls. Gavin did a tremendous job updating my bathroom. He worked steadily throughout the day and, at the end of each day, he left his work area clean, tidy and vacuumed. No job or request was too much for him and he carried out my wishes in a polite and professional manner with attention to details. Gavin won our business when he quoted a fair price and challenged my unrealistic expectations (I wanted a wet room in an unsuitable place, other people quoted, but Gavin spent the time to explain it was a bad idea, and why. He was right! And I’m grateful to him!). We had to wait because he is very much in demand, but we are so pleased with everything, we are glad we were patient. Gavin in Great! He transformed a bathroom into a wet room several years ago. . . then transferred it back again last year when our circumstances changed all with courtesy and good humour. Superb attention to detail which he passes on to any assistant working with him. He has also refitted our kitchen and is booked to revamp the cloakroom next year. What more can I say?
