I've trained with Nic for over 3 years now, both private and shared sessions, and would highly recommend her services. Nic puts a lot of thought and effort into tailor-making the sessions in order to help meet the client objectives. The new studio in Headcorn is a perfect size and well-equipped.

Nic has been instrumental in helping me lose weight and improve my fitness. I DETEST any form of exercise but my 1:1 sessions with Nic gave me the confidence to transition to her semi-private training. And now, dare I say it, I actually look forward to being put through my paces! If you're thinking about improving your fitness, I'd whole heartedly recommend Nic.

Nic is skilled at making you fit whilst feeling good about yourself. Sessions are tailored to meet my specific needs and it’s a great atmosphere with other lovely people in the class. Highly recommend!

Nick is a very caring and passionate trainer, keenly interested in fitness and wellbeing. I am so delighted her business has done well through Covid, offering flexibility and a range of options/ classes.

I’ve been going to Nic Fitness for over a year now, it’s the only gym I’ve ever stuck to. I love that it’s not too big and overwhelming and Nic is always there to help and motivate you.

Nic has been fantastic during this covid-19 pandemic, great online classes to join and when we are allowed back to the gym! a private well equipped training area, ideal for personal training or small groups. Nic has a wealth of knowledge to share on Nutrition and more....

Nic's classes are good fun. I've been to boot camp, boxercise and strong by Zumba led by Nic all are brilliant workouts and great fun and leave me feeling like I've worked hard. I used Nic's online nutrition and fitness training scheme very informative and motivational, I have had great success with Nics help.

Nic has been working with me for 3 months now and I've lost a stone (very happy) and plan to lose a few more with her invaluable help. She's very motivated and therefore you feel very motivated after a session. I can't recommend her personal training highly enough.

Nic's boxercise class is great, I have tried a few boxing classes & this does the fundimentals very well. Rounds of high intensity boxing pad work while incorporating lunges, squats, press ups & many more. Clear, consise instructions meaning more time to train and build up a sweat, even when holding pads you are getting a workout. It makes boxing accessible to all so everyone can reap the benifits. Would recommend 100%.

I’ve enjoyed both personal training and boxercise classes with Nic. She makes the classes challenging and varied plus workouts to do at home. Highly recommended.
