Poor - whilst carrying out minor work on a pavement repair of just one slab they cut through a fibre optic cable. Certainly doesn't relfect the 30 years of claimed experience. When I called they just said call your service provider, like it happens all the time. Whilst it can happen, I'm unimpressed by the attitude. They just dont care !
