I emailed to enquire about becoming a new patient and got a reply within 10 minutes with an appointment for the following day as I also had a toothache , I was talk through what was going to happen on this visit and had a a thorough examination with x rays and a digital imige of my teeth taken. Once this was done, my treatment was explained and results of x rays and digital scan were shown on the computer screen it was priorised all on a printed copy with all costs shown. And I have an appointment to sort my toothache out the following day. Brilliant service all round

Always happy with the service at Orchard House and Collette. Dentistry is not cheap but I feel very comfortable after nearly 20 years there and that’s important to me.

Found myself 13 weeks pregnant and needing surgery on a particularly difficult infected and impacted wisdom tooth. I wasn't registered with this dentist previously and I was in a-lot of pain, couldn't wait for NHS treatment, the reception staff were amazing, made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the very first phone call, I was extremely anxious about both cost and the procedure itself... reception were completely upfront about possible costs, which were more than reasonable and more affordable than I thought, and then Peter turned out to be a wisdom tooth wizard! My difficult tooth was out within 15 mins on the day of enquiry, where every other dentist I had spoken with said it would be over a week for an appointment and then it was TBD if they could do it or not. Peter was extremely kind and patient with me, taking extra care because of my pregnancy. Cannot thank them all enough for their skill and service! would recommend to anyone.

I had a most traumatic experience at Orchard House Dental Practice in January. I paid for the work to be done myself. When Collette O'Sullivan worked on my front teeth I definitely needed pain relief, but I was told "most people don't have pain relief". The manner in which she said it was very firm and very forceful, it put me in such a difficult position. I felt she was implying to me just "man up", just "get on with it"....the work was tortuous! When I got back home I realised that my bite was not right, so I booked yet another appointment which was just as tortuous. And still no pain relief. And my bite is still not right! I paid a lot of money for this Dental treatment. I am most unhappy with how I have been treated by Collette O'Sullivan and Orchard House Dental Practice.

Not normally one to leave reviews but feel I have to in this case. Never really used to like my teeth, they was discoloured ( partly because I smoked) and I had some weird shaped teeth too especially with one still being a baby tooth, when at a routine check up with orchard house I noticed they advertised boutique whitening and the results looked good, I was apprehensive as I know now days places can easily put a filter on to enhance the after results and some of the reviews for boutique whitening was negative but I took the risk as really it wasn’t that much money in comparison to other avenues of teeth whitening today. I can confidently say it’s one of the best choices i have ever made, I think when looking at reviews it’s important to remember that the majority of people that get good results don’t always share a review because to an extent it’s the expectation.. but I’m going to as i don’t want other people to be put off like I Nearly was, yes the whitening did give me some sensitivity some days worse than others which was uncomfortable but the results are 100% worth the temporary discomfort, and using the sensitivity tooth paste did definitely help, sometimes I put it in the custom made trays too on days it was uncomfortable, my teeth within a few days was noticeably whiter, within a few weeks I could really see the difference ( I went with boutique by night which is what I recommended) it actually after 7 years encouraged me to give up smoking which I have as the results was that good I didn’t want to negatively impact them, you can evidently see the difference in the photos, and Freind’s and family have noticed it too, my dentist Colette who I highly recommend who has been my dentist since I was a kid done a brilliant job of some composite bonding for me and has completely transformed my unusually shaped teeth as seen in the photo that I could not be more happy with, If your considering boutique whitening or any cosmetic procedure or dental procedure I would highly recommend to do this at this dentist, could not be happier and can say it’s 100% value for money. Will definitely be using again in the future and is another reminder of why after all these years I continue to stay with this dentist.

Julie Mann is the best hygienist I have ever experienced on planet earth. She is one of the shining stars at Orchard House Dental Practice. Her effortless warm personality makes you feel very relaxed plus her AMAZING sense of humour will also put a smile on your face. Overall, I’ve always had a pleasant experience at Orchard House with all members of staff I’ve come into contact with. From the beautiful Kerry on reception to Neil the practice manager, plus the honourable Colette O’Sullivan, the proprietor.
