The Original Factory Shop. Is great for household items to clothing, etc. They always have offers and great price's. Do sign up for their loyalty card, it give you some extra savings. Staff and Manager alway helpful

Love this shop, has lots of random bits for house and garden, clothes, cleaning products and much more. Such a great addition to Headcorn!

Was in there 2 days prior ,found some hoodies ,needed to replace mine ,left, thought come back grab one ........ ( I wasn't wearing ,nor have to wear a mask,no problem) So came back today 13/01,walk in ,make contact with I male staff member, great him politely Then the whole mask conversation begins ( he was VERY confrontational) Well put it this way he didn't want to know, listen Just telling me I had to buy one ,and did I see the sign To which I replied ,I'm not buying one ,and yes I was asked to leave,

The variety of stock is fairly limited, but it's all based on the cats. And that's what the place is all about. I'm pleased there wasn't even one 'I love London' anything anywhere in the place.

I can only say its 'alright' or 'ok'. Nothing was particularly cheap, untidy racks and it didn't look very clean either. Tbh it was just a bit of a disappointment...

When I first moved to biggin hill I noticed this place. Now 5 years on its really come along leaps an bounds. It needed an overhaul an it got it. Now it's tidy clean an welcoming. The rails are full, the pricing is clear an the stock is well presented. You can get everything you need in one place. Even branded goods.

A great place to visit as I like to go Ashford and visit these places like the factory shop and I have a great experience every time I visit. I just want to say thank you for the great staff and a great place to be in such a great village. I would recommend people to visit here as it is a nice place :)

Went in there yesterday intending to browse and maybe purchase some gardening products. The pay machine in the car park opposite won't accept the new £1 coins so I went inside to ask if they would be able to swap a new coin for an old one. The woman behind the till said she would not open the till and her management have told staff not to open the till specifically for change for the car park (that is right outside their store!) One of the other customers kindly swapped my £1 coin for me. Apparently she was told after I left that staff can be fired for opening the till to give change. How about if you don't trust your staff not to be thieves hire more trustworthy people? I won't be going in this store ever again if this is the attitude of staff and management!
