Must try Sunday roast. Fresh products, excellent roast. I was in a hurry yo try their desert. Will come back for sure.

Has gone downhill massively with the change of management. The clients are not people who you will want to share a pub with. Very intimidating, loads of load swearing and there had just been an incident. It used to be excellent food but we left before ordering and will not go back. Restaurant used to be full at the weekend and now it was empty, which says it all.

Passing through headcorn and fancied a roast dinner. Would recommend a Sunday dinner and a pint here. Really enjoyed the food and quality. Good portion, as I could barely move on leaving. Nice friendly atmosphere and nice staff. Was good to hear customers laughing and chatting..

We stopped here on a 200km charity ride. We were welcomed, by Steff, William and the whole pub were so generous. Steff even grabbed the first aid kit to patch up my road rash. The patrons put their hands in their pockets and gave us £120 toward the Royal Marsden Hosptial charity.

Went for a quick lunchtime meal with my sister and mum. Every item of food was deep fried and my chicken burger tasted very bland. The kids sausage and mash came with no veg or gravy. They have a lovely garden and would recommend for a drink as pints were ice cold. However, I would avoid the food!

Lacks customer service big time!!
Only serves roast dinners on Sunday.
Was absolutely dead on father's day!
Roast dinner was nice, no offer of condiments. Had to chase it ourselves!!
No puddings as it was Sunday and the chef was on their own.
Cutlery dirty. Decided to pop in as we had seen many good reviews. Won't be coming back

A delicious, filling Sunday roast - beef with all the trimmings and impeccable yorkshire puddings, gravy & potatoes! Chef Saffron kept checking in to see how our food was, and the service was great. Such a reasonable price too - thoroughly recommend

Just had a wonderful meal at George and Dragon Headcorn.
Great setting and wonderful atmosphere.
Delicious meals of fish and chips and scrumptious beef burger and chips.
Well worth a visit if you are in the area! Thank you Michael and Daisy!

Nice food. Friendly atmosphere. Ate out the back. This was picked after reading reviews. Surroundings pleasant albeit busy. Lots of up cycled bits and pieces as the pictures show. Plenty if room out the back and enclosed for kids. Parking available but not many spaces. 2 hour parking on main street and pay and display local. Clean. Staff friendly. I think it's a mix of drinkers and diners as far as I could tell. Good menu. Kids menu. Kids colouring. Toilet used near rear exit... small... hoping there's another for busy times. Tables internally. Decor busy and friendly and also odd...but in a good way. Good food. Gammon had real pineapple. Don't often get that. Not home made chips. That would have made it perfect! I would go back bit would have preferred not to fight to find parking.

Good little pub with great food. A nice selection of food, with daily specials and theme evenings (roast on a Sunday etc). Has a separate light bites menu for those wanting a lighter meal. Good selection of soft drinks as well as hot drinks and alcohol. A very wide variety of gin available too. Good atmosphere, but isn’t as ‘quaint English pub’ as I would have liked. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
