I ordered a 3 wood only to be informed it was no longer available The newer model was available but at substantially more cost Rather than sting me for the additional money this company dispatched the more expensive club at the original price paid Not many companies would do this IE absorb the cost for the sake of good customer relations Well done indeed 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Ordered a golf bag which was missing from the truck delivering to them. I rang customer service and spoke to Gary who told me of the mistake and followed up. He rang me back within 24 hours saying they will get a new delivery within 2 weeks and will overnight it to me. The package however arrived 5 days later. Very good customer service and went out of their way to fulfil my order

Don't waste your time if you re looking to buy golf equipment. Only shoes and a few putters on sale. Drove all the way over there looking for a new golf grip.... But got "we don't sell grips mate"....... What??? Don't think that was a bad assumption to make....must be all that storage space they take up.... Oh wait no probably because they aren't interested in selling something for £10, only care about taking £1000's of peoples hard earned cash. Avoid!

Paid for next day delivery, then had an email at 20:00 on the same day saying they delivery will have to change to tomorrow as they are on a tight schedule. I would of thought paying for next day delivery would of put you on that schedule. Heard so many good reviews about this company, but starting to second guess
